The Grand Prize of the\u00a0World Nature Photographer Awards<\/a>\u00a0(WNPA) this year has been awarded to British photographer Tracey Lund for her image of two underwater gannets fighting for a fish off the coast of the Shetland Islands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mission of the World Nature Photography Awards is to celebrate the world\u2019s best nature photographers while showcasing nature\u2019s beauty to a wider audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The overall and category winners were chosen from a pool of thousands of entries fielded from all around the globe. The winner took home $1,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
