Swade Earth Services offers reduced rate contracts for customers that have multiple repetitive land modification and land maintenance needs. An example of this would be a real estate company needing modification or maintenance on various properties that they are listing in order to make them more saleable. Rate reduction depends upon the amount of work coupled with how often the work is needed.
