SES has been a great help with a variety of projects on our nine acre horse ranch over several years. Swade leveled pads for our barn & arena, spread base & footing in the arena, mowed down incredibly thick berry vines on a steep hillside, spread gravel on our driveway, pulled out old fence posts, put in new wood posts, etc. He was easy to work with (and willing to work with our do-it-ourselves tendencies) and flexible enough that we even got some extra work done (a round pen pad) that we didn't think we were going to be able to do for a while. We will definitely continue to have Swade out again to work on our ongoing property improvements. SES truly is a "one stop shop" for land modifications.

He has done an extensive amount for me, including widening, leveling, and graveling my drive, hazard mowing, removing trees, pulverizing a steep hillside of huge blackberry bushes (awesome!), hauling dirt/gravel/compost, and expertly helping me transplant about a dozen large shrubs. If you transplant, be sure to ask about his custom iron pipe support stakes. They work extremely well!

What I appreciate most about Swade is his ability to listen to what you want, and offer suggestions of ways that are more cost effective in accomplishing your vision.
